Dutch law stipulates that you are entitled to a trial period of 14 days. KookGigant extends this period for our customers to 30 days. We do this so that you can be sure that you feel good about the product. If you want to return a product, you must meet a few conditions

1. The product must not have been used. You may view and rate the product just as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used, we will refuse the return.
2. The product is undamaged. The product will be returned to us in its original condition. This condition also applies to any accessories.
3. If there is an exception to the voluntary 30-day inspection period, it will be stated on the product page.

Return your order and have the purchase amount refunded

1. Go to this link and return your items here and fill it out as best you can;
2. We will process your request within 1-3 working days;
3. Complete this as best as possible, including the order and return number;
4. Send your return shipment including the returns form to our returns address;
5. After receiving your return shipment, we will transfer the purchase amount within 5 working days
